The VIP cashback is measured by the best tailors of the palace, according to the following rule:
VIP Cashback = (deposit - (withdraws + bonus)) x 10 %
Terms and Conditions:
• VIP Cashback is a promotion exclusively for VIP players.
• The period taken into account for the calculation of the VIP cashback is a calendar week, from Monday 0:00 until Sunday evening at 23:59 CET.
• VIP Cashback is calculated as follows: (deposit - (withdraws + bonus)) x 10% and is capped at €/CHF500.
• Only cash bets and cash winnings are taken into account in the calculation of the Cashback. Bets and winnings from the bonus balance are not counted.
• The VIP Cashback is credited on Monday morning to your bonus balance.
• There is no wagering requirement on the bonus.
• The gains generated at from the bonus (any balance above the bonus amount)can be withdrawn.
• Any unused bonus balance; expires 20 days after the bonus is awarded.
• The bonus balance will be reset upon any deposit or withdrawal request.
• For new VIP players, only activity observed after obtaining VIP status will be taken into account when calculating the first week's cashback.
• Any freezing or closing of an account results in the suspension of the Cashback bonus credit.
