The player is eligible for various bonuses depending on the nature of the activity performed on their account.

At Arlequincasino.com, what we call a bonus/promotion can refer to free spins, every kind of bonus or extra money added directly to your account once you have made a deposit.

Some bonuses/promotions may be offered based on additional or special terms and conditions that will be available to you under the selected promotion/bonus in the promotion page. If no additional terms can be found under the promotion description, the General terms and conditions of the bonus apply.

By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by Arlequin Casino, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.

In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of Arlequin Casino’s Customer Support via email or live chat for a more detailed explanation.

In case of any dispute, the decision taken by Arlequin’s management is final.

When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.

There are no wagering conditions for our bonuses : the winnings generated from it (any balance above the bonus amount) are credited to your cash balance and can be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request will result in the cancellation of the bonus and/or your free spins, so it can never be withdrawn.

The maximum wager from the bonus balance is 5€/CHF/CAD. Players who exceed this limit may see their bonuses and bonus winnings eliminated.

Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 10€ or equivalent in another currency.

Our bonuses are valid for 20 days.

Only one bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer or IP address, unless specified differentl in the terms and conditions of one of our offers.

Any attempt to abuse our bonuses or promotions may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the player account.

Clauses and details of our bonuses may evolve at the sole discretion of our casino. Arlequin also reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the bonus/promotional details and terms and conditions and in case of any changes, the date of the last updated version will be published at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any
amendments/updates.

Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. Players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering started in order to remove the current bonus and disable all future bonuses.

If a promotional bonus or offer was not obtained, the player has 24 hours to inform the support, if eligible. It will not be possible to claim once this period is passed. The deadline for the welcome offer is 30 days.

Bonuses offered by Arlequin are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, Arlequin reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. Arlequin can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in Arlequin’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by Arlequin’s management

Players from Norway, Finland, Sweden, Germany, central and south America are not eligible to our promotions.

Arlequin reserves the right to bar a player from receiving the promotions at any time.
